Frontier Developments’ David Braben to Deliver Develop:Brighton 2019 Keynote

Early Bird Conference Passes Available Until 5 June

Monday 3 June: Frontier Developments CEO David Braben has been announced as a keynote speaker at Develop:Brighton 2019, a three-day conference and expo taking place 9-11 July at the Hilton Brighton Metropole.

 

David will discuss the history of Frontier Developments, from Darxide to Jurassic World Evolution and the upcoming Planet Zoo, in a fireside chat with journalist Chris Dring to mark the studio’s 25th anniversary.

 

David is one of four keynote sessions to be announced. He joins No Man’s Sky director Sean Murray, Rebellion co-founders Chris and Jason Kingsley, and the founders of Media Molecule at the conference.

 

“David is a towering figure in the games industry whose expertise and knowledge are unparalleled,” said Andy Lane, managing director at conference organiser Tandem Events. “Our attendees can expect an insightful and passionate keynote from a true legend.”

 

Frontier Developments has been shortlisted in three categories at The Develop:Star Awards, taking place on Wednesday 10 July at the Brighton Hilton Metropole. Frontier is up for Best Studio, as well as Best Game Design and Best Audio for its work on Jurassic Park Evolution.

 

Develop:Brighton 2019 is attended by more than 2300 members of the game development community and will be host to more than 100 speakers. The conference schedule can be viewed here.
