TIGA takes a 19 strong UK delegation to Game Connection 2011

TIGA, the trade association
representing the UK games industry, are enabling 19 games businesses to attend Game
Connection Paris
, via the UKTI Tradeshow Access
Programme, which provides a £1,000 grant to eligible businesses.  The UK delegation is the second largest at
the 2012 show.

 

Dr Richard Wilson, TIGA CEO said:

 

“TIGA, the only relevant trade
association for game developers and digital-publishers in the UK, is focused on
helping UK games businesses to fulfil their potential. 95 per cent of UK game
developers/digital publishers sell at least some of their games overseas. 

Our members are keen to participate and attend
Game Connection Europe in Paris because it provides excellent networking
opportunities and offers great opportunities to do business.

TIGA has
negotiated a special discount for our members to attend Game Connection and we
will continue to support UK games developers, digital publishers and
outsourcing companies to attend this excellent show in the future.”

 

TIGA’s stand will be located at 158 in the B2B area of Game Connection Europe 2011.
