Short Round Music joins TIGA

TIGA, the
trade association representing the UK games industry, today announced Short
Round Music
as their newest member.

 

Short Round
Music
provides bespoke composition, musical supervision and sound design for
all types of gaming and interactive entertainment projects. With a team of
award-winning composers, producers and engineers and a thorough understanding
of the needs and challenges of working with a non-linear medium, they are able
to provide fully adaptive and immersive audio for projects of all sizes and
budgets.

 

Their team
have over 35 years combined experience in the music industry and multiple
awards for composition, sound design and musical supervision in television,
cinema and advertising. They decided to extend their services into the gaming
industry and make high quality audio available to game developers and
publishers of any size. Although they are a new company they are already
working on four titles with the first due for release in January 2012. Their
lead composer, Nick Foster, has recently won a BAFTA for his music composition
and production work.
