TIGA has organised a UK Games Sector salary survey since 2009. This has involved the collection of data every year, which in 2022 covered 17% of the total workforce and encompassed market pay, benefits and demographic data for the key specialist functions of Art, Audio, Data Science, Design, Quality Assurance, Technical Development/Programming, Community Management, Consumer Support and Marketing.
