The UK’s Online Safety Act has recently become law, and as the independent regulator, Ofcom has recently published its first major consultation on implementing the new rules, including draft codes of practice and guidance.
Ofcom would like to invite TIGA members to a series of webinars which will cover its proposals for how online services should approach their new duties relating to illegal content. You can check if the new rules are likely to apply to you here.
