Ninja Theory Joins TIGA

TIGA, the trade association representing the UK games industry, today announced Ninja Theory, the Cambridge (UK) based development studio, as its newest member.

Following the success of the critically acclaimed “Heavenly Swordâ„¢”” in 2007, Ninja Theory’s latest offering “Enslavedâ„¢: Journey to the Westâ„¢”” will be released in Europe for PS3â„¢ and Xbox 360® on October 8th.
Known for their Hollywood style cinematics, visuals and storytelling, Ninja Theory’s adaptation of the classic Chinese Novel “Journey to the West”” has been co-written by novelist and screenwriter Alex Garland (The Beach, 28 Days Later) and co-directed by Andy Serkis (Lord of the Rings, King Kong).

Nina Kristensen, Founder and Chief Development at Ninja Theory explained the company’s decision to join TIGA: “The UK is one of the best places in the world to develop games, and by joining TIGA we are playing our role in helping to keep it that way””.
