with unique features and a focus on compelling gameplay and fun for all ages.

They develop games for a variety of platforms, including PSVita, 3DS, Wii, PSP,

Established in 2004 Icon started out on PS2 developing value
titles for publishers.

They released several games including: International

Pub Games and Race Builder. These projects are entirely self-funded and will be
digitally published in house.

Richard
Hill-Whittall, Director of Icon Games Entertainment Ltd explains the company’s
reasons for joining TIGA:

“We are excited to be
joining TIGA and meeting up with the other TIGA members. We are confident that
TIGA membership will help us find opportunities to build and promote our
business, and we hope to share our own knowledge and experiences so far with
other members and to put forward issues that the Indie community face and help
find resolutions.”

Dr. Richard Wilson,
TIGA CEO welcomed the organisation to TIGA:

“TIGA’s purpose is to advance the interests
of game developers and developer-publishers. We do this by championing our
members’ interests in political circles and in the media and by helping our
members commercially. By organising networking events, by negotiating discounts
on key business services and conferences and by providing access to expert
advisors in the fields of marketing, law, PR and many others, we are helping
games businesses in general and the new wave of developer-publishers in
particular to prosper and grow. We are delighted to welcome Icon Games
Entertainment Ltd
to TIGA and we look forward to supporting them over the
coming months.”
