Chi Onwurah: To ask the Secretary of State for Education, what guidance his Department has issued to providers of further education to ensure that low-income students maintain access to digital learning.

Gillian Keegan: We would like to thank all the colleges that switched to online learning so that students can continue their studies. Colleges are able to provide digital devices and internet access to disadvantaged 16-19-year-old students using their flexible bursary funding. We have ensured that they can apply for additional funding to do this if needed.
