My client's Trading Card game is the market-leading Strategic Card Game in Europe, with new expansions launching throughout the year. You will be responsible for the creation and execution of world-class marketing programs to support these expansions, as well as broader campaigns to increase awareness and sales of the Trading Card Game overall.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Senior Director to create and execute a full year program of TCG Marketing activities, with particular focus on supporting each TCG expansion release
• Identify innovative ways to promote TCG to the primary audience of children aged 6-12
• Position TPCi as the TCG/collectables category leader in all markets
• Ensure annual TCG marketing KPIs are achieved within the agreed budget
• Gather consumer insights and utilize in marketing plan creation
• Collaborate with Retail marketing and sales teams to ensure marketing programs are supporting sales and retail marketing goals
• Manage a team responsible for servicing TCG resellers with assets and approvals
• Measure campaign effectiveness and share learnings on a quarterly basis
• Work closely with PR, social, online and US marketing support teams

Skills and Experience:
• 5+ years of Toy or Collectible product marketing
• Proven track record of launching and managing collectible toy lines targeting primary/elementary/junior school age children
• Experience of managing significant marketing budgets and buying cross-media advertising
• Experience in managing toy and collectible brands across Europe (especially in UK, France and Germany)
• Understanding of Trading Card/Strategic Card Game Category
• Fluent English Essential
• University Education, ideally in Marketing

Overview
The Product Owner is responsible for leading a multi-discipline creative team; providing leadership and motivation, owning the creative vision and ensuring the game meets quality expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Ownership of the project from inception through to delivery and future development (including product servicing).
• Set the creative vision for the project(s) and ensure this vision is communicated and upheld by the team.
• Spearhead the prototyping process in order to define the creative vision, fun factor and content of the product.
• Also required to assist with generating concepts and pitch documentation to support business development efforts.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• 7+ years of professional game development experience with at least 1 game shipped in Game Director role or similar (e.g. Creative Director, Product Owner etc.)
• Widely played, especially with mobile games, with the ability to articulate what is strong/weak about existing games.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced programmer to join the leadership team for our excellent client. Based in London, the external Studios team are responsible for several critically acclaimed and commercially successful titles which are produced in conjunction with external development partners.

In this role you the successful candidate will be the technical stakeholder across a number of games being developed from the London studio. You will work closely with project stakeholders at all levels while nourishing and building the relationships with our partner studios to ensure your key goals are met.

Work with game stakeholders, technical stakeholders and development teams to:
• Set clear goals and build plans to deliver the relevant and applicable internal/external technology which fulfils the requirements to play, support and operate the games.
• Work with partner studios to have sufficient planning surrounding technical staff, solutions, resources, cost and scheduling to support the games vision.
• Ensure games have adequate pipeline, benchmarking and performance analysis tools which allow you to review code efficiently.
• Ensure platform compliance and identifying platform specific features which will add value to the games.
• Clearly document technical roadmaps, backlogs, milestones and planning to deliver our technical needs on time and to budget. Ensure that this documentation is publicised, visible and self-explanatory.
• Ensure all technical contributors are working to best practice and high standards. This should include reviewing and developing the appropriate infrastructure and pipelines which will deliver our needs.
• Maintain a positive and productive relationship with our development partners. This means working to build an honest and respectful relationship with them, providing meaningful feedback to their performance and ensuring that they understand our development priorities.

Be responsible for:
• Assisting with evaluating potential new projects and development partners.
• Conducting technical due diligence on potential partner studios and outsource companies.
• Be the technical contact for first parties like Sony, Microsoft, and Valve etc.
• Contributing technical elements to Green Light presentations.
• Designing, managing and validating middleware solutions, project wrap up kits, source code deliverables, security standards and escrow solutions.
• Develop and foster relationships with middleware and hardware partners to make solid recommendations on which products each game should be using.
• Representing the London Studio and promote knowledge sharing

Essential Skills and Experience:
• Must have extensive hands on video game programming experience.
• Must have been a lead programmer on a recent multiplatform title.
• Excellent verbal & written communications skills.
• Understanding of best practice development and the different phases associated with game production (concept, pre-production, production etc.)
• Excellent understanding of technical, efficient development pipelines and workflows for art and animation.
• Had good exposure to tools and engine development.
• C++ programming and multiplatform development.
• Must understand how to prototype and prove out gameplay in an iterative development plan.
• Motivated, passionate and social.
• Team player with the ability to build and foster relationships.
• Ability to articulate technical information in a way so it can be consumed by non-technical people.
• Hard worker who always delivers to the best of their ability.
• Must understand what makes good games so special, and have the ability to pick games apart, pointing out what works and what doesn't.
• Ability to write and convey instructions with clarity.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Must love games, and play games in spare time.

Desirable Skills and Experience:
• Ideally would have been a lead programmer on a XB1 or PS4 game.
• Hands on experience with Unreal and other middleware engine solutions.
• Worked on or have an understanding of open world games.
• Worked on a multiplayer game.
• Game2Web or Web2Game experience.
• Understanding of how to collect and use game metrics to improve the gameplay experience.
• Understanding of different methods to test the game for performance, quality and stability.
• Ability to convince and persuade.
