TIGA announces MO Group International as its latest member

By May 14, 2014 Press Releases

TIGA, the network for developers and digital publishers in the UK, has announced MO Group International (MoGi), an international online communications company specialising in localisation, community management and customer support for the video game industry, as its latest member.

Some of MoGi’s clients include global brands such as Konami, Samsung and Toyota, although the company works with gaming businesses of all sizes. Working in more than 40 languages and with years of localisation experience behind them, MoGi takes a holistic and multilingual approach to all stages of the game localisation process, on platforms ranging from PCs to mobiles and browsers to consoles.

MoGi’s wide range of services include: start-to-finish quality assurance testing, multilingual community management and customer support, and superior localisation, making it an effective, all-inclusive company that can bring consistency and high quality to projects of all sizes. The company only uses native language speakers to ensure clients receive the best possible localisation strategy for their market, and that their players have an enhanced gaming experience. MoGi believes this approach is essential if all game content is to be both linguistically and culturally appropriate for the target market, and in maintaining player expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction regardless of the location and language.

The company was recently ranked by Topseos, an independent authority on Internet marketing service providers, as the world’s number one multilingual SEO company. This means that MoGi is not only an award-winning online communications company, but it is also well placed to help clients reach new markets, expand their network of contacts, and engage new fans whilst enhancing and maintaining customer satisfaction levels.

Currently, MoGi is investing in and significantly expanding its community management and customer support offering, hiring community managers that are not only highly skilled but also avid gamers themselves. Because of this, MoGi is building a team that can engage and communicate with players on their level.

Any TIGA members that are going to Gamescom 2014 in Cologne in August are encouraged to visit stand C 023b where they will be able to chat to some of MoGi’s localisation and community management experts, and have any questions they may have answered in person.

MO Group International began life nine years ago as a multilingual online marketing company and quickly expanded into video game localisation, covering everything from social and mobile games to MMOs and console games.

Orad Elkayam, CEO and Head of Business Operations at MO Group International, comments:

“The United Kingdom represents one of the most progressive markets when it comes to video game development, especially with regards to mobile gaming and monetisation.

“MO Group International has a great deal of experience in these areas, as well as social gaming, so we hope we can support other TIGA members with advice and expertise if they are looking to expand into foreign markets.

“The British videogame industry is of great importance in the global market, and we want to do everything we can to help UK businesses increase their success overseas.”

Dr Richard Wilson, CEO, TIGA, added: “TIGA offers MO Group International a warm welcome as our latest member.

“The MoGi team has a lot to offer other TIGA members, in helping them promote both their games and businesses, reach new markets or expand existing ones with international community management, multilingual customer support and high quality localisation at a global level.

“Our own research shows 95% of UK games businesses are export focused, so facilitating entry into foreign markets and providing high quality, localised support is of the utmost importance.”
