UK – 12th February 2013 – Mobile games service provider and publisher, Thumbstar Games today
announced a deal with Nomad Games, the esteemed developer, to bring Games
Workshop’s fantastic Talisman board game to mobile game consumers worldwide
with Android and iOS tablet devices.
Talisman
the board game is 30 years young this year and Nomad Games is thrilled to have
been given the opportunity to transport the exciting fantasy world of Talisman
onto PC, and now tablets, faithfully recreating one of the best loved board
games. Game Workshop’s Talisman board game is world renowned and much loved by
its dedicated audience and Thumbstar Games are also thrilled to be partnered
with such a thriving global brand.
While
multiplayer gameplay will be available in upcoming editions, Talisman Prologue
HD focuses on creating narrative depth through its single-player campaigns. The
story unfolds as the player rolls dice to move around the outer, middle, and
inner regions of the board and each space will require the player to draw a
card or resolve a special effect, leading your hero to complete quests,
encounter monsters, discover friendly followers, and gather treasure.
The
date for the global launch of Talisman Prologue HD for iOS and Android tablet
devices is set to be announced shortly.
