Staffordshire University has been offering dedicated Games Degrees since 2004. It is the largest Games University in the UK with 2,000 Games and Visual Effects students. The courses are run by a dedicated staff of 72 experts in their fields ranging from Concept Artists to Programmers and all in between.
The Department of Games and Visual Effects at Staffordshire University have won many awards over the years for the quality of its courses and for its close ties with industry, including winner of “Best Educational Institute” at the TIGA Awards 2020 and Winner of the TIGA Award in 2014 for the Best Education Initiative.
