TIGA welcomes Advanced Mobile Applications as its latest member

TIGA, the organisation representing developers and digital publishers,is delighted to announce Advanced Mobile Applications (AMA) as its latest
member.

AMA is an international game and application developer
and publisher specialized in content for mobile devices, tablets, TV and
Kinect. AMA, a sister company of Ubisoft and Gameloft, releases titles on all
the OS – including Android, iOS, QnX, Windows Phone 7, Windows Phone 8 and
Windows 8, Ouya, Playstation Mobile, J2ME, Tizen, Google TV and Brew.

AMA partners with a selection of the best development
studios worldwide to stay at the cutting edge of video game technologies. In
2012, AMA was nominated Top Developer on Play Store by Google.

Founded in 2004 by Christian Guillemot, it later opened
a studio in Bucharest, Romania and an office in Vannes, France, which is now
located in Rennes. Its first lifestyle apps were released on Java – Stress
Buster, Astro Love and IQ Booster – in 2005. It arrived on iOS in 2009 with
titles such as Shaun White Snowboarding.In 2011, it produced its first free-to-play titles on
Android: Air Hockey Star, Escape, Puzzle 2 HD. In 2012, it released its first
3D title, Babel Rising 3D, and its first Love Test Calculator which both
achieved more than a million downloads.

Recently, AMA launched a new 3D game on
Android, Hills of Glory 3D, and four titles on OUYA.In the future, it is looking forward to two new 3D
projects being released and development for Windows 8 and Steam. It will have
two titles for PlayStation Mobile, available on PS Vita and latest Sony Xperia
devices, and it will be partnering with Samsung for Tizen and creating some
HTML5 games. It will also publish some of its games on the Nvidia Shield.
