We’re supporting Barclays as they launch their new Games Hub in the same building as the National Videogame Museum on the evening of Thursday 13th Feb. They’ve chosen Sheffield as their Northern Games Hub, one of 3 nationally, and we thought you might want to attend to hear their plans, hear industry experts speak and enjoy an evening in the museum.
They are offering free stalls for local developers to showcase their work to an audience from the finance and games sectors.

Barclays Ventures have partnered with the Games industry’s most renowned companies, to help learn about the games industry and its needs. With a thought-provoking agenda, we’ll explore a variety of topics and get insights from industry experts.
The interactive exhibition and games hub will host some of the biggest brands, including UKIE, one of our lead industry partners and residents from the Eagle Lab network. Barclays will also be showcasing how and why we are supporting the games and entertainment industry.
