TIGA CEO Dr Richard Wilson today had a very positive meeting with MP for Guildford Zöe Franklin, who represents one of the country’s most important games clusters – home to studios including Liquid Crimson, Supermassive Games, nDreams and Hello Games to name but a few.
They had a great discussion about growing the sector, including TIGA’s proposals to enhance Video Games Expenditure Credit, an Independent Games Tax Credit; access to finance for small studios; and measures to enhance games education.
Zöe has been a member of the Commons Select Committee Culture, Media and Sport since October 2024.
