The 18 to 24 May 2020 marks Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK. The theme for this year’s awareness week is kindness.

Mind provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding of mental health issues.

Young Minds is a charity that provides information and advice for anyone who is concerned about the mental health of a young person or a child.

Samaritans provide free mental health support 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

Age UK provide advice on issues relating to older people in the UK.

Citizens Advice provide people in the UK with free confidential advice and information on a range of issues, including financial, legal and consumer support and support for children and young people.
