TIGA, the trade association representing the UK games industry, today announced TC Associates (TCA) as its newest member.
TC Associates is a business services consultancy formed in 2000 by games industry veteran Tim Christian. TCA’s core business is in providing royalty audits for the video games and music industries. In this capacity Tim has worked with headline UK developers such as Rebellion, Eutechnyx and Eurocom, and international organisations such as ZeniMax Media Inc., auditing the world’s largest games publishers.
TCA also specialises in providing high-level financial and business consultancy, including interim management support; merger and acquisitions advice; post-acquisition integration management; pre-acquisition company preparation and positioning and private equity funding. TCA has consulted for some of the biggest names in interactive entertainment, including Ubisoft Entertainment, and has provided legal support to leading firms Osborne Clarke and Eversheds.
