CMA Update

Dear TIGA member,

 

Three children’s online games have been referred to the Advertising Standards Authority by the Competition and Marketing Authority (CMA). The CMA is concerned these games may have breached Advertising Codes and consumer protection law. Please see the Link below.

TIGA published two guides for developers to help them comply with the Office of Fair Trading’s Principles for Online and App Based Games. Please contact Suzi for copies of these guides.
